面向新型电力系统的输电辅助决策平台建设及应用研究

Research on the Construction and Application of a New Power System-oriented Transmission Assistant Decision Platform

  • 摘要: 随着已新能源为主体新型电力系统建设不断推进,其波动性、随机性、间歇性的特点决定了对电力供应的可靠性要求更高,需要更多的智能装备与技术来辅助运维,提高系统稳定性,但目前缺少一个辅助决策平台来支撑新型电力系统背景下的输电线路运维与灾害应急处置,海量数据、各类算法无法实现融合应用,传统应用平台已无法有效支撑输电线路的供电水平。本文主要介绍了在新型电力系统背景下,基于新型电力系统特点,从“提高环境的预知预控能力,提高设备风险识别与评估能力,提高运维与防灾减灾辅助决策能力”三方面介绍了如何搭建输电智慧辅助决策平台,实现对新型电力系统的有力支撑。

     

    Abstract: With the development of new power system with new energy as the main body, its volatility, randomness and intermittence determine the higher requirements for the reliability of power supply, and more intelligent equipment and technologies are needed to assist the operation and maintenance, so as to improve the stability of the system. However, at present, there is a lack of an auxiliary decision-making platform to support the operation and maintenance of transmission lines and disaster emergency response under the background of new power system, and massive data and various algorithms can't be integrated and applied, so the traditional application platform can't effectively support the power supply level of transmission lines。Under the background of new power system, based on the characteristics of new power system, this paper mainly introduces how to build a power transmission intelligent decision-making platform from three aspects: "improving the ability of environmental prediction and control, improving the ability of equipment risk identification and assessment, and improving the ability of operation and maintenance, disaster prevention and mitigation", so as to achieve strong support for new power system。
