利用电流突变量采样值的母线保护启动元件

A START ELEMENT OF BUS PROTECTION BASED ON CURRENT VARIATION SAMPLE VALUE

  • 摘要: 针对启动元件灵敏度受数据窗限制问题,提出了基于同一时刻三相电流突变量采样值的母线保护启动元件,克服数据窗和频率对启动元件动作性能的制约。利用差动电流启动元件及零序电流启动元件进行快速识别区内故障,采取数据预处理方式,将母线电流分为两组,利用分组电流构造启动判据,准确识别母线区外故障,同时根据区内外故障启动元件的动作时序判据电流互感器饱和,大幅提高了母线启动元件的灵敏度,同时提高了母线保护的可靠性。利用RTDS建立仿真系统,仿真结果验证了启动元件灵敏性及快速性。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem that the sensitivity of the starting element is limited by the data window, a bus protection starting element based on the sampling value of the three-phase current mutation at the same time is proposed. Started using differential current components and zero sequence current components for fast identification of faults in the area, adopt the mode of data pre-processing, bus current can be divided into two groups, using the grouping current construction starting criterion, accurate identification of busbar fault zone, at the same time, according to the start of domestic components action sequence criterion of current transformer saturation, greatly improves the sensitivity of bus start element, at the same time improve the reliability of busbar protection. RTDS is used to build the simulation system, and the simulation results verify the sensitivity and rapidity of the starting element。
