The Analysis on Two Incorrect Action Events Caused by Loose Core Clamping and the Study of Prevention and Rectification Measures

  • 摘要: 常规变电站中,电缆和软线是设备之间最主要的连接方式。任一连接环节出现问题都将导致回路不通。若发生在重要的控制回路中,还有可能造成断路器的拒分(合)情况的发生。本文通过分析两期保护不正确动作事件,说明线芯正确接线和压接的重要性,并提出了具体的预防和整改措施。

     

    Abstract: In conventional substation, cable and soft wire are the most important connection mode between equipment.Any link problem will lead to circuit failure.If it happens in the important control circuit, it may also cause the rejection tripping (closing)of the circuit breaker.This paper illustrates the importance of correct wiring and crimping of wiring cores by analyzing the incorrect action events of two-phase protection, and propose specific measures of prevention and rectification.
