  • 摘要: 架空输电线路杆塔桁架格构化的梁式结构,给鸟提供了栖息场所,近年来鸟害故障呈变化趋势1,原有的防鸟刺、防鸟盒、电子驱鸟器等时常出现隐患2,装置性隐患无法满足新的防鸟害要求3,鸟类继续在杆塔桁架上驻留、筑巢,新鸟巢不断出现在“五上”即:绝缘子上方、弓子线上方、防鸟刺上方、V型串上方、架空地线支架上方;本文依据《国家电网公司十八项电网重大反事故措施 (2020修订版)》4 、 《架空输电线路涉鸟故障技术导则》5,针对新“五上”鸟害防范,结合《架空输电线路防鸟挡板技术规范》6,建立FNDB算法模型, 涉鸟风险分级管控,PC终端系统应用,有效防止了鸟害事故的发生。
