火电厂柴油发电机组首次加载能力校核方法及应用

First Loading Capacity Checking Method and Application of Diesel Generator Sets in Thermal Power Plant

  • 摘要: 在工程设计时由于对交流保安负荷的特性和投入时间缺乏深入地研究,可能会导致火电厂的应急保安柴油发电机组出现首次加载能力不足的问题。本文提出了一种柴油发电机组首次加载能力的现场校核方法。通过分析柴油发电机和交流保安负荷的相关参数、逻辑联启条件以及保护整定值情况,结合试验设计与安措执行,真实模拟出柴油发电机联锁启动成功时重要交流负荷同时加载的情景,进而使柴油发电机与保安段上实际首次加载电机容量的匹配性关系得到校核,确保了厂用电失去时保安段事故备用电源能够正常投入,提高了机组运行的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Due to the lack of in-depth research on the characteristics and input time of AC security load in engineering design, the emergency security diesel generator set of thermal power plant may have insufficient first loading capacity.This paper presents a method for checking the first loading capacity of diesel generator set on site.By analyzing the relevant parameters, logic starting conditions and protection setting values of the diesel generator and AC security load, combined with the test design and implementation of safety measures, the scenario of simultaneous loading of important AC loads when the diesel generator interlock starts successfully is truly simulated, so that the matching relationship between the diesel generator and the actual first loading motor capacity on the security section can be checked, It ensures that the emergency standby power supply in the security section can be put into normal operation when the auxiliary power is lost, and improves the reliability of unit operation.
