Analysis and Solution on Low Reheat Temperature of 660MW Ultra Supercritical Boiler

  • 摘要: 本文分析了某电厂660MW超超临界锅炉低负荷再热汽温偏低的主要原因,并提出解决措施。通过关小各层燃烧器二次风、中心风开度,加强锅炉受热面吹灰,提高中间点温度,降低一次风压,降低燃尽风量等措施,有效提升了再热汽温,降低了排烟温度,提升了锅炉效率。

     

    Abstract: Abstract: This paper analyzes the main reasons for the low reheat temperature of 660MW ultra supercritical boiler in a power plant, and puts forward the solutions. By reducing the opening of secondary air and central air of each layer of burner, strengthening soot blowing on the boiler heating surface, increasing the intermediate point temperature, reducing the primary air pressure and reducing the burnout air volume, the reheat temperature is effectively increased and the exhaust gas temperature is reduced and the boiler efficiency is improved.
