  • 摘要: 通过对锅炉水冷壁悬吊管异常案例的收集和分析,发现了水冷壁悬吊管典型的故障形式:(1)水冷壁悬吊管常见失效形式为变结构位置开裂,其次是磨损/吹损减薄、腐蚀减薄和过热导致性能劣化;(2)水冷壁悬吊管最易在底部弯头附近、与顶棚交叉位置和集箱管座角焊缝等变结构位置发生开裂,与应力集中效应、焊缝质量不佳、各悬吊管承载不均、悬吊管流场中摆动等有关。

     

    Abstract: Through the collection and analysis of the cases of boiler water-wall suspension tube, the typical fault forms of water-wall suspension tube are found and analyzed. The common failure mode of water-cooled wall suspension tubes is cracking at variable structure position, followed by wear/blow loss thinning, corrosion thinning and overheating resulting in performance deterioration. The cracking of water-cooled wall suspension tube is most likely to occur near the bottom elbow, at the intersection with the ceiling and at the fillet weld of the container holder, which is related to the stress concentration effect, poor weld quality, uneven bearing capacity of each suspension pipe, and swing in the flow field of the suspension tube
