德令哈750千伏输变电工程安全稳定控制系统的研究和应用

Research and Application of Safety and Stability Control System in Delingha 750 kV Power Transmission and Transformation Project

  • 摘要: 随着德令哈(托素)-海西750千伏线路工程的规划投运,大大了提高海西德令哈地区清洁能源的外送能力,但是青海电网的结构已然发生了较大的变化,存在的安全稳定问题也发生了改变;本文就德令哈(托素)-海西750千伏线路工程投运后,对送端德令哈750千伏变电站侧存在安全稳定问题进行分析,制定合理的控制措施,并提出了电网稳定控制系统控制方案和稳控装置的配置方案。

     

    Abstract: With the planning and operation of Delingha (tuosu) - Haixi 750 kV line project, the delivery capacity of clean energy in Delingha, Haixi has been greatly improved, but the structure of Qinghai power grid has changed greatly, and the existing security and stability problems have also changed; After the commissioning of Delingha (tuosu) - Haixi 750 kV line project, this paper analyzes the safety and stability problems at the side of Delingha 750 kV substation at the transmission end, formulates reasonable control measures, and puts forward the control scheme of power grid stability control system and the configuration scheme of stability control device.
