110kV 变电站接地变保护越级跳闸原因分析

Analysis on the cause of over grade tripping of grounding transformer protection in 110kV Substation

  • 摘要: 摘 要:某 110kV 变电站 1 号接地变带消弧线圈接地运行时,10kV 山南线线路发生 A 相接地故障,1 号接地变、 10kV 山南线零序保护均启动,在 10kV 小电阻未投的情况下,1 号接地变高压侧零序Ⅰ段、零序Ⅱ段保护动作,10kV 分段 010 断路器,1 号主变低压侧 011 断路器出口跳闸,10kVⅠ段母线失压及城区多条 10kV 线路停运。本文针对 1 号 接地变、10kV 山南线零序保护动作行为;调容式消弧线圈容量选择、可靠性进行了分析,并如何预防类似事故发生提 出了改进措施及建议,以提高一次设备运行的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Abstract:when the No. 1 grounding transformer of a 110kV substation is grounded with arc suppression coil, a phase groun ding fault occurs in the 10kV Shannan line, and the zero sequence protection of No. 1 grounding transformer and 10kV Shannan li ne is started. When the 10kV small resistance is not put into operation, the protection of zero sequence section I and zero sequence section II at the high voltage side of No. 1 grounding transformer acts, the 10kV section 010 circuit breaker, the outlet of 011 circ uit breaker at the low voltage side of No. 1 Main Transformer trips, the 10kV section I bus loses voltage and many 10kV lines in t he urban area are shut down. This paper aims at the zero sequence protection action of No. 1 grounding transformer and 10kV Sha nnan line; This paper analyzes the capacity selection and reliability of capacity regulating arc suppression coil, and puts forward i mprovement measures and suggestions on how to prevent similar accidents, so as to improve the reliability of primary equipment operation.
