关于卧式容器鞍式支座应力计算方法的介绍

  • 摘要: 随着卧式容器的大型化,鞍座应力不容忽视,尤其是在极端载荷下,螺栓拉断的危险性更大,为防止螺栓拉断,本文介绍一种鞍座应力的计算方法,重点阐述腹板与筋板组合件极惯性矩的计算方法,最大限度发挥承载能力,减少不必要的资源浪费,同时也给出合理设置地脚螺栓的方法,提高腹板与筋板、螺栓组合件的承载能力。

     

    Abstract: With the large-scale of horizontal vessels, the saddle stress can not be ignored, especially under extreme load, the risk of bolt breaking is greater. In order to prevent bolt breaking, this paper introduces a calculation method of saddle stress, focusing on the calculation method of polar moment of inertia of web and rib plate assembly, so as to maximize the bearing capacity and reduce unnecessary waste of resources, At the same time, the method of reasonably setting anchor bolts is also given to improve the bearing capacity of web, rib plate and bolt assembly.
