DEH功率闭环下负荷波动大问题的研究及处理

Research and treatment of large load fluctuation under DEH power closed loop

  • 摘要: 本文针对和利时DEH系统单顺阀切换过程中,投入功率闭环时负荷波动大问题进行了研究,介绍了功率回路和阀门管理逻辑的产生过程,通过建立数学模型理论分析,结合数据仿真,发现和利时DCS系统阀门流量管理函数存在封口功能缺失,论证了分析复杂问题的一种通用转换思想。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the problem of large load fluctuation when the power closed-loop is input in the switching process of single sequence valve of Hollysys DEH system is studied, and the generation process of power loop and valve management logic is introduced. Through the establishment of mathematical model, theoretical analysis and data simulation, it is found that the valve flow management function of Hollysys DCS system is lack of sealing function, and a general conversion idea for analyzing complex problems is demonstrated.
