风电场设计接口管理

Design Interface Management for Wind Power Plant

  • 摘要: 随着风电场、光伏发电等新能源在全球电力市场形成新一波浪潮,越来越多中国承包商在全球范围承建风电场项目。由于不同国别在电网管理制度、设计习惯、执行标准与在中国电力市场建设风电项目的不同,很多中国承包商或多或少在设计接口管理方面出现了水土不服。本文在对国内风电场项目的各阶段设计工作任务与后续的风电场设备采购、施工图设计(施工)、设备调试进行分析的基础上,同时参考越南风电市场的项目执行经验,阐明这些过程的内在逻辑关系、相互制约影响,及应采取的适当应对措施,为后续的风电场项目建设中的设计接口管理提供参考经验和建议。

     

    Abstract: As the new energy sources such as wind power, photovoltaic power generation are in forming a new wave of global electricity market, more and more Chinese contractors are taking part in the global scope of wind farm construction project. Comparing with the power market of China, due to different national management system in power grid, design practices, standards of execution in the construction of wind power projects, many Chinese contractors are not acclimatized in the design interface management. Based on the domestic wind power project in different stages of the design task and subsequent equipment procurement for wind power plant, construction drawing design, equipment debugging and with a reference of the project execution experience in Vietnam wind power market at the same time, an analysis is conducted to clarify the internal logical relations of these process and how to restrain each other, and what appropriate response measures should be taken, It provides reference experience and suggestions for the design interface management in the subsequent wind farm project construction.
