一起220kV变电站GIS角型隔离开关托架三角板断裂分析

Fracture analysis of bracket triangle plate of GIS angle disconnector in A 220kV substation

  • 摘要: 本文结合一起220kV变电站GIS(Gas lnsulated Switchgear)角型隔离开关托架三角板断裂实例进行分析,通过对托架三角板进行宏观检查、化学成分检测、力学性能检测、显微结构观察和能谱分析,研究托架三角板的断裂原因。结果表明,由于托架三角板原材料的热处理工艺不当导致组织恶化抗拉强度下降,且在托架三角板的应力集中位置存在局部偏析缺陷,再加之托架三角板与拉杆、动静触头的安装不满足要求,使得托架三角板的受力增大,分闸时从托架三角板的应力集中处发生断裂。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,The reason that causing the fracture of bracket triangle plate of GIS angle disconnector in a 220kV substation was investigated by macroscopic observation, material composition test, mechanical performance test, microstructure observation and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that, the improper heat treatment of raw materials lead to deterioration of microstructure and decrease of tensile strength of bracket triangle plate, and local segregation defects exist in the stress concentration position of bracket triangle plate, in addition, the installation of bracket triangle plate,pull rod, moving and static contact terminal does not meet the requirements, which makes the stress of bracket triangle plate increase, then occurring fracture from the stress concentration position when separating brake。
