Abstract: The installation and construction of wind turbines is highly dangerous. With the development of wind power construction, the environmental limitations are increasing, and the wind turbine hoisting construction environment is complex and diverse. Nowadays, most of the construction sites are narrow, so it is more difficult to choose construction machinery, which brings difficulties to the construction. Moreover, the hoisting period of the fan is short, so it is required to improve the construction efficiency and speed up the construction progress. This paper introduces the construction advantages of Gruff GTK1100-1 crane and the "back-buckle" hoisting technology in combination with the wind turbine hoisting project of Huaneng Kangbao Yanyoufang undertaken by our company. It not only ensures the construction safety, but also improves the construction efficiency, and achieves good engineering application results and economic benefits.
