Abstract:
With the continuous implementation of the specific measures of the double carbon target and the continuous development of the digital economy era, under the continuous promotion of the new energy economy and the digitalization of the power grid, new requirements are put forward for the digital inspection ability of the transmission line. In view of the new requirements of optimizing the data acquisition method, establishing a data management system, and building a new model of data management with efficient data collection and strict quality control; In view of the new requirements of strengthening the fine inspection mode and improving the data analysis ability, a new data application mode of line lean inspection and deep excavation of data value is constructed; Aiming at the new requirements of strengthening scientific analysis and prediction and realizing working condition simulation and early warning, a working condition early warning mechanism of scientific prediction and analysis and giving full play to the value of data simulation is constructed; Aiming at the new requirements of deepening the application of digital power grid and strengthening the level of data research, a new model of data research for line digital operation and maintenance and expanding the dimension of innovation is constructed; In response to the new requirements of strengthening continuous scientific and technological exploration and deepening the ability of data pre research, a data pre research mechanism of continuous scientific and technological exploration and extending the mode of technological integration has been established. The mature application of airborne lidar technology in overhead transmission lines has made a major innovation in the traditional line data analysis method, formed a new paradigm of efficient, accurate and lean transmission line data analysis, effectively promoted the digital management level of power grid inspection, operation and maintenance, and provided a solid guarantee for the construction of smart grid.
