Analysis on Regeneration Optimization of Resin of Condenser Polishers

  • 摘要: 针对华能国际电力股份有限公司上安电厂凝结水精处理分床系统运行周期缩短、树脂再生酸碱耗升高的情况,从离子交换树脂的性能、再生的过程等方面进行分析,找出设备存在的问题,并加以改进,最终通过再生调整实验,优化再生工艺,确定最佳的进酸碱量,同时说明优化效果,给出运行建议。

     

    Abstract: In view of the shortened operation cycle of the condensate polishing sub bed system and the increased acid and alkali consumption of resin regeneration in Shangan Power Plant,the performance and regeneration process of the ion exchange resin are analyzed to find out the existing problems of the equipment and improve them.Finally, through the regeneration adjustment experiment, the regeneration process is optimized to determine the best amount of acid and alkali,the optimization effect is explained, and the operation suggestions are given.
