电网调控一体化模式下监控效率提升策略研究

Research on Strategies of Increasing Monitoring Efficiency under the Regulatory Integration Mode

  • 摘要: 随着我国经济建设的不断加快,对电力的需求越来越大,电网规模也在随之扩大,电网运行管理模式也在不断改进,在电网调控一体化模式下,电网调度、监视和控制高度集中,电网监控的任务不断加重。为使电网设备保持安全运行状态的同时降低监控工作的压力,提高电网的监控效率,必须妥善解决电网监控中存在的问题。本文分析了当前昆明电网监控业务的现状,探讨了影响监控效率的问题,提出了提升策略,以达到提高电网监控效率的目的。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous speeding-up of China’s economic construction, the grid is expanding as the power demand grows bigger, as well as the grid operation management is improving. Under the regulatory integration mode, as grid dispatching、monitoring and controlling is highly concentrated, tasks of grid monitoring is increasing. To maintain safe condition of the grid equipment, meanwhile to reduce the pressure of monitoring tasks and improve efficiency, any problems during monitoring must be handled properly. This article analyzes the current situation of Kunming grid monitoring operation, discussing issues that have impact on efficiency, presenting strategies for upgrading to achieve its purpose of efficiency enhancement.
