  • 摘要: 摘要:在全社会电力需求急剧增加的背景下,窃电行为表现出复杂化、隐蔽性等特征,且发生频率大幅增加,部分高科技窃电手法的出现,使得电力企业的经济利益受到了巨大损失,并对电力系统的用电安全构成了危害。为解决窃电问题,提高反窃电技术的科技含量,适应新时期电力企业用电管理的新需求,利用电力企业的历史用电数据、档案资料与管理经验,以用电大数据分析为核心,构建“线上+线下”的智慧用电管控系统,实时采集相关设备、系统的数据,感知异常用电行为,并及时进行预警、定位,为现场核查取证创造良好条件。本系统可显著缩小窃电嫌疑户的范围,减少电力企业的经济损失。

The emergence of some high-tech methods of stealing electricity makes the economic interests of power enterprises suffer huge losses, and poses a danger to the safety of electricity consumption in the power system. To solve the problem of power, improve the sci-tech contents in the power of technology, adapt to the new demand of electricity power enterprise in the new period, the use of the electric power enterprise history archives of electricity data, and management experience, general data analysis as the core, to build the "wisdom of the online and offline" electricity control system, real-time data collection and related equipment, systems, feel abnormal power consumption behavior, And timely early warning, positioning, to create good conditions for on-site verification and evidence collection. The system can significantly reduce the scope of suspected electric power thieves and reduce the economic losses of electric power enterprises.
