  • 摘要: 在文中首先探讨异步电动机安全稳定运行的必要性,分析电厂异步电动机的主要故障集中在轴承和绕组线圈上,根据不同的故障情况制定不同的举措和管理方针来提升电动机检修工艺、提高正常维护水平,强化电动机的日常巡视和监测。通过这些方案,提高异步电动机的运行可靠性,减少因电动机缺陷异常造成机组非停或者降负荷运行,对提质增效,提升班组管理水平起到促进的作用。

     

    Abstract: Firstly, the paper discusses the necessity of safe and stable operation of asynchronous motor, analyzes that the main faults of asynchronous motor in power plant are concentrated on the bearing and winding coil, and formulates different measures and management policies according to different fault conditions to improve the motor maintenance process, improve the normal maintenance level, and strengthen the daily inspection and monitoring of motor. Through these schemes, the operation reliability of the asynchronous motor is improved, the non-stop or load reduction operation of the unit caused by abnormal motor defects is reduced, which plays a role in improving the quality and efficiency, and improving the team management level.
