敞开式隔离开关垂直连杆与机构箱表面防雨水护套的研制

Development of vertical linkage of open disconnector and rainproof sheath on the surface of the mechanism box

  • 摘要: 变电站的户外箱柜是站内重要的设备。近年来,变电站频繁发生直流接地、信号误报、设备无法电动操作等缺陷,且多由设备机构箱、端子箱受潮,箱内元器件及端子锈蚀损坏所致,机构箱本身的防雨性能是决定设备稳定可靠运行的关键。针对以上机构箱进水受潮现象设计加工制作出用于敞开式隔离开关垂直连杆与机构箱表面的防雨水护套。解决了敞开式隔离开关垂直连杆与机构转轴在机构箱表面密封存在较多雨水慢渗、倒流的问题,有效保障了设备安全运行。

     

    Abstract: Outdoor cabinet in substation is an important equipment in the station. In recent years, dc grounding, false alarms, electric operation of equipment and other defects frequently occur in substations, and most of them are caused by dampness of equipment mechanism box and terminal box, corrosion and damage of components and terminals in the box. The rain proof performance of mechanism box itself is the key to determine the stable and reliable operation of equipment. In view of the above phenomenon of water intake and dampness of the mechanism box, the waterproof jacket is designed and manufactured for the surface of the vertical connecting rod and the mechanism box of the open isolation switch. It solves the problems of slow infiltration and backflow of rain water in the surface seal of the mechanism box between vertical connecting rod and rotating shaft of the open isolation switch, and effectively guarantees the safe operation of the equipment.
