  • 摘要: 随着新能源大规模接入电网,将给以燃煤火电机组为主要电源结构的电网系统带来巨大的挑战,由于新能源发电出力具有随机性、间歇性等特点,电网系统调峰难度增大,影响电网运行安全与稳定。在当前火电机组普遍面临灵活性深度调峰的情况下,提出了一种基于机组原DCS系统的适用于机组正常运行工况与深度调峰运行工况的自适应无扰切换的控制策略,实施过程仅需逻辑组态,无需进行软硬件改动,通过应用和实践表明其具有可操作性强、投资低,安全系数高,效果好的特点,对于同类机组的类似项目具有极大的借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: With the large-scale access of new energy to the power grid, it will bring great challenges to the power grid system with coal-fired thermal power units as the main power structure. Due to the randomness and intermittency of the power generation output of new energy, the difficulty of peak load regulation of the power grid system increases, affecting the safety and stability of power grid operation. In the current situation that thermal power units are generally faced with flexible deep peak shaving, an adaptive undisturbed switching control strategy based on the original DCS system of the unit is proposed, which is suitable for the normal operation condition and deep peak shaving operation condition of the unit. The implementation process only needs logic configuration, without software and hardware changes. The application and practice show that it has the characteristics of strong operability, low investment, high safety factor and good effect, It has great reference significance for similar projects of similar units.
