新型电力系统光储有源配电网运行适应性 研究

  • 摘要: 为了提高配电网对分布式光伏的消纳能力,在DIgSILETN平台中建立了含分布式光伏和集中式储能的配电系统,从配电网电压分布、协调控制等方面开展了分布式光伏接入配电网的运行适应性分析。并选取云南大理某配电网的一条10kV馈线数据建模,仿真计算了稳态运行模式下的电压分布特性和暂态运行模式下的电压、电流、有功和无功特性,验证了所提有源配电网运行策略的正确性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the ability of the distribution network to absorb distributed photovoltaics, a distribution system including distributed photovoltaics and centralized energy storage was established in the DIgSILETN platform, and distributed photovoltaics were developed from the aspects of distribution network voltage distribution and coordinated control. Operational adaptability analysis of access to distribution network. The data modeling of a 10kV feeder of a distribution network in Dali, Yunnan was selected, and the voltage distribution characteristics in steady-state operation mode and the voltage, current, active and reactive power characteristics in transient operation mode were simulated and calculated, and the proposed model was verified. Correctness and effectiveness of active distribution network operation strategies.Finally, the effect and characteristics of two controllers are verified by simulation.
