高压开关电机操动机构控制技术研究

Research on Control Technology of Operating Mechanism of High Voltage Switch Motor

  • 摘要: 为提高高压开关设备工作特性,实现开断设备的智能化控制,基于永磁同步电机电压空间矢量控制技术,研究了一种新型高压开关电机操动机构的控制系统。在MATLAB中搭建了电流静态解耦控制策略的电流和速度双闭环控制系统模型,仿真验证了电机操动机构高精度、高动态响应的跟随特性。通过对操动电机电流、速度控制,还能实现设备开断过程中运动参数的实时监测和调控,为开关设备控制智能化提供了新方向。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the working characteristics of high-voltage switchgear and realize the intelligent control of switching equipment, a new control system of high-voltage switching motor operating mechanism is studied based on the voltage space vector control technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor. The current and speed double closed-loop control system model of current static decoupling control strategy is built in MATLAB, and the high-precision and high dynamic response follow-up characteristics of the motor operating mechanism are verified by simulation. Through the control of motor current and speed, the real-time monitoring and control of motion parameters in the process of equipment breaking can be realized, which provides a new direction for intelligent control of high-voltage switchgear.
