  • 摘要: 电动操作机构作为隔离开关的主要部件之一,操作机构内部存在存在一些设备布局不够合理的、部分零部件设计在计人性方面考虑的不够周全,在运行中缺陷发生率较高,二次回路故障排查难度大,零部件更换困难,造成设备停电时间长,设备可用系数低,另外由于不同设备厂家的机构尺寸各不相同,因而在现场工作中不同设备厂家的机构不能通用,需在现场进行改装,安装难度较大,本文提出了一种模块化设计的隔离开关操作机构,其二次回路简单,零部件布局合理,绝大部分林部件均采用插拔式结构结,现场运维检修十分方便。

     

    Abstract: As one of the main components of the disconnector, the electric operating mechanism has some problems in the internal of the operating mechanism, such as the unreasonable layout of some equipment, the insufficient consideration of human nature in the design of some parts, the high occurrence rate of defects in operation, the difficulty of troubleshooting the secondary circuit, and the difficulty of replacing parts, resulting in long power failure time of the equipment and low availability factor of the equipment. In addition, the size of the mechanism of different equipment manufacturers is different, Therefore, in the field work, the mechanisms of different equipment manufacturers cannot be used in general, and they need to be refitted on site, which is difficult to install. This paper proposes a modular design of the disconnector operating mechanism. The secondary circuit is simple, and the layout of parts and components is reasonable. Most forest components adopt plug-in structure, which is very convenient for on-site operation and maintenance. Maintenance is very convenient.
