Abstract:
As one of the main components of the disconnector, the electric operating mechanism has some problems in the internal of the operating mechanism, such as the unreasonable layout of some equipment, the insufficient consideration of human nature in the design of some parts, the high occurrence rate of defects in operation, the difficulty of troubleshooting the secondary circuit, and the difficulty of replacing parts, resulting in long power failure time of the equipment and low availability factor of the equipment. In addition, the size of the mechanism of different equipment manufacturers is different, Therefore, in the field work, the mechanisms of different equipment manufacturers cannot be used in general, and they need to be refitted on site, which is difficult to install. This paper proposes a modular design of the disconnector operating mechanism. The secondary circuit is simple, and the layout of parts and components is reasonable. Most forest components adopt plug-in structure, which is very convenient for on-site operation and maintenance. Maintenance is very convenient.
