火电机组水冷壁氢腐蚀失效的影响因素分析

Analysis on influencing factors of hydrogen corrosion failure of water wall of thermal power unit

  • 摘要: 火电机组水冷壁氢腐蚀失效的情况时有发生,氢腐蚀失效后爆管造成机组非停和较大的经济损失。严重时发生水冷壁大面积爆管,给机组的安全稳定运行带来极大隐患。分析和论述了水冷壁氢腐蚀的机理和特征。结合近年几起水冷壁氢腐蚀失效的案例,分析其发生的主要影响因素有水汽品质、流体状态、管材状态,进而提出相应的防范措施和处理建议。能有效减少水冷壁氢腐蚀失效的事故,以及失效后带来的不良影响。

     

    Abstract: Hydrogen corrosion failure of water wall of thermal power units occurs from time to time, resulting in non-stop of units and large economic losses. In severe cases, large-area pipe explosion of water wall occurs, which brings great hidden dangers to the safe and stable operation of the unit. The mechanism and characteristics of hydrogen corrosion of water wall are analyzed and discussed. Combined with several cases of hydrogen corrosion failure of water wall in recent years, it is analyzed that the main influencing factors are water and steam quality, fluid state and pipe status, and then the corresponding preventive measures and treatment suggestions are put forward. It can effectively reduce the accidents of hydrogen corrosion failure of water wall and the adverse effects after failure.
