国产660MW超超临界汽轮机中压缸预暖系统优化及应用

  • 摘要: 某公司660MW超超临界热电联产机组采用国产自主设计生产的高中压分缸双抽可调供热汽轮机,设计有高压缸预暖系统,机组冷态启动汽轮机冲转暖机时间达265min,造成机组启动成本增加。电厂经系统研究分析,对原汽轮机预暖系统进行优化,增加中压缸预暖系统,在机组盘车状态下对机组进行预暖,将汽轮机冲转时间由265min缩短至约23min,大幅降低了机组启动成本。

     

    Abstract: The 660MW ultra supercritical cogeneration unit of a company adopts the high and medium pressure split cylinder double extraction adjustable heating steam turbine independently designed and produced by China, and is designed with the high-pressure cylinder pre heating system. The time from cold start to warm-up of the steam turbine reaches 265min, resulting in an increase in the start-up cost of the unit. Through systematic research and analysis, the power plant optimizes the original steam turbine pre heating system, adds the IP cylinder pre heating system, pre warms the unit under the turning state of the unit, shortens the impulse starting time of the steam turbine from 265min to about 23min, and greatly reduces the start-up cost of the unit.
