基于合环运行状态下220kV断路器操作引起保护跳闸事故案例分析研究

Case study of protection tripping accident caused by 220kV circuit breaker operation under closed loop operation

  • 摘要: 本文详细论述了一起基于合环运行状态下220kV断路器操作引起的保护异常跳闸故障,分析合环运行条件下,用户侧操作断路器分闸引起另一条供电线路保护动作跳闸,导致全站失压的事故案例。本文从运行情况、故障描述、保护动作报告、录波分析、逻辑推理等分析,结合现场巡视检查,发现了用户侧220kV断路器操作时线路保护异常跳闸的主要原因,并基于用户侧运行人员的巡视状态,提出了具体的防范技术与管理措施,以避免类似事故再次发生。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses in detail a protection abnormal tripping fault caused by the operation of 220kV circuit breaker under the condition of closed loop operation, and analyzes the accident case of protection action tripping of another power supply line caused by the opening of circuit breaker on the user side under the condition of closed loop operation, resulting in voltage loss of the whole station. Based on the analysis of operation, fault description, protection action report, wave recording analysis and logical reasoning, combined with on-site patrol inspection, this paper finds the main causes of abnormal tripping of line protection during the operation of 220kV circuit breaker on the user side, and puts forward specific preventive technology and management measures based on the patrol status of operators on the user side, so as to avoid the recurrence of similar accidents.
