绝缘油介电强度实验效率及数据准确度提升方法的研究应用

Research and application of improving the experiment efficiency and data accuracy of dielectric strength of insulating oil

  • 摘要: 绝缘油作为电力变压器主绝缘重要构成部分,同时亦是设备运行状态及健康状态的信息反馈载体,其在变压器中主要起绝缘、散热、灭弧作用,而绝缘油的绝缘性能即(击穿电压)的好坏直接反应设备的主绝缘状况,是试验人员判断主变运行状况的重要依据。绝缘油中气泡、水分、 固体杂质颗粒是影响绝缘油击穿电压的主要因素。在绝缘油测试环节绝缘油击穿电压仪采用的试验油杯为开放式结构,在操作过程中易受试验人员及外界环境污染导致数据失真,从而对设备的运行状态造误判,本文通过研制一套绝缘油绝缘油取样辅助系统及全密封试验油杯来解决外接因素导致绝缘油样品失去代表性,测试数据准确性及重复性不足等问题。

     

    Abstract: As an important part of main insulation of power transformer, insulating oil is also the information feedback carrier of equipment running state and health state. It mainly plays the role of insulation, heat dissipation and ARC extinging in transformer, the insulation performance of insulating oil, that is, the breakdown voltage, directly reflects the main insulation condition of the equipment, which is an important basis for the tester to judge the operation condition of the main transformer. Air Bubble, water and solid impurity particles in insulating oil are the main factors that affect the breakdown voltage of insulating oil. The Test Oil Cup used in the insulation oil breakdown voltage meter is an open structure, and it is easy to be polluted by the test personnel and the ode environment during the operation, which leads to the data distortion, thus misjudging the running state of the equipment, in order to solve the problems such as the loss of representativeness of insulating oil samples caused by external factors, the lack of accuracy and repeatability of testing data, a set of insulating oil sampling assistant system and a fully sealed oil cup were developed in this paper.
