高压开关柜多维状态监测研究及试点

Research and pilot of multi dimension condition monitoring for high voltage switchgear

  • 摘要: 为了实时监控高压开关柜的运行状态,利用无源无线声表面波温度传感器、暂态对地电压传感器、声发射传感器等,为高压开关柜的在线监测建立了更加全面的多维状态监测,对开关柜的温度状态、局放现象、机械特性、振动特性进行实时监测。在开关柜出现温度异常或局放频繁等现象时能够及时发现,通过智能数据采集系统与用户间实现实时监控,能够从多维度来提高高压开关柜运行的可靠性,发现运行异常。利用多维状态监测数据,能够给工程监测提供可靠的方案实施依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to monitor the operation status of high voltage switchgear in real time, using passive wireless surface acoustic wave (SAW) temperature sensor, transient earth voltage sensor, acoustic emission sensor and so on, a more comprehensive multi-dimensional state monitoring is established for the on-line monitoring of high-voltage switchgear, and the temperature state, partial discharge phenomenon, mechanical characteristics and vibration characteristics of the switch cabinet are monitored in real time. It can be found in time when abnormal temperature or frequent partial discharge occurs in the switch cabinet. Through the real-time monitoring between the intelligent data acquisition system and users, the reliability of high-voltage switch cabinet operation can be improved and abnormal operation can be found. Using the multi-dimensional state monitoring data can provide a reliable basis for project monitoring.
