一种进出强电场的带电作业用电动升降装置

  • 摘要: 吊篮法是传统超高压架空输电线路带电作业时最常用的一种作业方法,该作业方法存在劳动强度大、作业效率低、作业风险高、舒适性差等问题。本文通过对现状的分析,针对作业中存在的弊端提出了问题解决方案,研制了一种以电池作为动力驱动的电动升降装置,该装置具有重量轻、便于携带、安装方便、省力好用等优点,将塔上地电位电工从繁重的传统徒手操作中解脱出来,使等电位电工能自行控制升降速度和进、出强电场时的时机,提高了带电作业效率和安全性;同时,还能增强带电作业现场人员应对各种突发状况的自信心和能力,提高带电作业人员驾驭电网的能力。

     

    Abstract: basket method is the most commonly used method for live line operation of traditional EHV overhead transmission lines. This method has many problems, such as high labor intensity, low efficiency, high risk and poor comfort. Through the analysis of the current situation, this paper puts forward a solution to the problems existing in the operation, and develops an electric lifting device driven by batteries. This device has the advantages of light weight, easy to carry, convenient installation, labor-saving and easy to use. It frees the ground electrician on the tower from the heavy traditional unarmed operation, so that the equipotential electrician can control the lifting speed and the timing of entering and leaving strong electric fields by himself, The efficiency and safety of live working are improved; At the same time, it can also enhance the self-confidence and ability of live working site personnel to deal with various emergencies, and improve the ability of live working personnel to control the power grid.
