This method has many problems, such as high labor intensity, low efficiency, high risk and poor comfort. Through the analysis of the current situation, this paper puts forward a solution to the problems existing in the operation, and develops an electric lifting device driven by batteries. This device has the advantages of light weight, easy to carry, convenient installation, labor-saving and easy to use. It frees the ground electrician on the tower from the heavy traditional unarmed operation, so that the equipotential electrician can control the lifting speed and the timing of entering and leaving strong electric fields by himself, The efficiency and safety of live working are improved; At the same time, it can also enhance the self-confidence and ability of live working site personnel to deal with various emergencies, and improve the ability of live working personnel to control the power grid.
