  • 摘要: 摘要:随着能源需求的增大,煤电机组的入炉煤偏离设计煤种,甚至掺烧低质煤,煤泥和污泥,锅炉偏离设计工况,需要对锅炉进行全面的校核计算,以保障锅炉的安全,同时使机组完成调峰,供热,发电的任务。因为煤种偏离设计值,需要重点对制粉系统出力,锅炉低负荷稳燃值进行校核计算和试验,在锅炉厂家计算的数据下,根据入炉煤偏离的数据重新对制粉系统磨煤机出口温度,磨煤机出力以及锅炉的最低稳燃负荷进行计算和试验。保障机组深度调峰最低稳燃负荷的绝对安全以及机组断煤等异常情况机组在最低稳燃工况以上,避免盲目投油稳燃,减少无效的操作,节约燃油。

     

    Abstract: Abstract: With the increase of energy demand, the coal into the furnace of the coal-fired power unit deviates from the design of coal, and even mixed with low quality coal, coal slime and sludge, the boiler deviates from the design condition, the need for a comprehensive check of the boiler calculation, in order to ensure the safety of the boiler, at the same time, the unit to complete the task of peak adjustment, heating, power generation.Because of deviating from the design value of coal, need to focus on the coal pulverizing system, boiler low-load stable-combustion value calculation and experiment, this article under the boiler manufacturer calculation data, according to the boiling coal deviation data back to the outlet temperature of the coal mill pulverizing system, coal mill output and lowest stable-combustion boiler load calculation and experiment was carried out. To ensure the absolute safety of the lowest stable burning load of the unit in depth peak shaving and the unit in the lowest stable burning condition in abnormal conditions such as coal cutting, avoid blind fuel injection and steady burning, reduce ineffective operation and save fuel.
