Abstract: This paper takes the construction of energy-based urban power grid as the research object, analyzes the driving factors and comparative advantages of its construction of digital empowered modern power grid, connects with the development requirements of smart grid, digital power grid and a new type of power system, and discusses the formation of task frameworks.The specific construction content is planned to lay the foundation for the construction practice in the next stage.
