水处理阳床失效终点的控制方法与应用

Control method and application of working end point of cation bed in water treatment

  • 摘要: 传统的阳床出水在线钠表存在故障率高、较难维护和投入率低的问题,较多电厂无法通过监测阳床出水钠离子来判断其运行失效。通过测定阳床出水的氢电导率和比电导率数值,实现了间接测定钠离子变化趋势,应用于阳床出水在线监测。本测定方法中的电导率表故障率低、易于维护、操作方便,且费用低。该装置可用于判断阳床失效终点,保障其运行周期制水量,减少了阳床提前再生而增加的再生频次,降低了盐酸用量、除盐水用量和废水排放量。

     

    Abstract: The traditional online sodium meter of cation bed effluent has the problems of high failure rate, difficult maintenance and low input rate. Many power plants cannot judge its operation failure by monitoring the sodium ion of cation bed effluent. By measuring the hydrogen conductivity and specific conductivity of the effluent of the cation bed, the changing trend content of sodium ions can be indirectly measured,, which is applied to the on-line monitoring of the effluent of the cation bed. The conductivity meter in this method has the advantages of low failure rate, easy maintenance, convenient operation and low cost. The device can be used to judge the end point of cation bed failure, ensure the water production in its operation cycle, reduce the regeneration frequency increased by the early regeneration of cation bed, and reduce the consumption of acid, demineralized water and wastewater discharge.
