一起关于小电流接地选线装置误动的 原因分析及控制措施

  • 摘要: 10kV、35kV系统通常为不接地系统,单相接地故障长时间不消除不仅威胁到设备的安全运行,而且较高的电压容易造成设备安全隐患不断扩大造成设备停运,对此,10kV、35kV不接地系统通常配置小电流接地选线装置。而作为变电站运行人员,在倒闸操作过程中应对小电流接地选线装置原理、操作原则及异常处理准确掌握,本文主要通过分析一起小电流接地选线装置误动的事故案例,以此杜绝误操作事件、和运维不到位而导致设备受损的事件发生。

     

    Abstract: The 10kV and 35kV systems are usually ungrounded systems. If the single-phase grounding fault is not eliminated for a long time, it not only threatens the safe operation of the equipment, but also the high voltage is easy to cause the expansion of equipment safety hazards and equipment shutdown. Therefore, the 10kV and 35kV ungrounded systems are usually equipped with small current grounding line selection devices. As the substation operator, the principle, operation principle and abnormal handling of the small current grounding line selection device should be accurately mastered during the switching operation. This paper mainly analyzes an accident case of the small current grounding line selection device misoperation, so as to prevent the occurrence of misoperation events and equipment damage caused by inadequate operation and maintenance.
