基于穿戴式智能终端的红外热成像测温技术研究

Research on Infrared Thermal Imaging Temperature Measurement Technology Based on Wearable Intelligent Terminal

  • 摘要: 从红外热成像测温相关理论出发,结合可穿戴式智能终端的特点,设计了一款基于智能安全帽的红外热成像测温系统,详细介绍了系统的组成部分,并对测温模块软件与相应算法进行重点分析,通过待测目标辐射源标定方法,建立了热成像和温度的对应关系,通过移动所穿戴的智能安全帽的位置便可实现对目标的温度测量。经实验测试,尽管待测目标有不同的温度,但当距离不断增加时,衰减趋势大体相同,衰减程度都比较小,系统在较短距离的温度测量中有比较高的应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Starting from the theory of infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement and combining with the characteristics of wearable intelligent terminals, an infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement system based on intelligent safety helmet is designed. The components of the system are introduced in detail, and the temperature measurement module software and the corresponding algorithm are analyzed emphatically. Through the calibration method of the target radiation source, the corresponding relationship between thermal imaging and temperature is established, and the temperature of the target can be measured by moving the position of the intelligent safety helmet worn. The experimental test shows that although the temperature of the target to be measured is different, the attenuation trend is generally the same when the distance increases, and the attenuation degree is relatively small. Therefore, the system has a relatively high application value in the temperature measurement of a relatively short distance.
