大型核电汽轮发电机组轴系周期性振动故障诊断及处理

The Fault Analysis and Treatment of Large Nuclear Power Turbine-generator unit Periodic Vibration Fluctuation

  • 摘要: 某核电厂1号机组自调试开始轴系一直存在周期性振动波动现象,其中2号低压转子5号、6号轴振波动幅度最大,经长时间跟踪调查,本文总结出振动的特性及规律,通过对振动机理的深入研究,结合机组结构特征和同类机组动平衡响应特性,经理论计算最终确定了故障点,提出轴系周期性振动波动的根本原因是发电机励端密封瓦处发生了莫顿效应,并提出了解决方案,最终成功解决了这个困扰电站多年的问题。本文中所述的分析和处理方法对解决大型机组类似振动问题有一定借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: There always presents the shaft train periodic vibration fluctuation phenomenon at unit 1 in a nuclear power station from its debugging time, the maximum fluctuation swing are at LP2 rotor No5, No6 shaft position, this paper summarize the vibration features and rule by a long time tracing and investigation, and by means of a deep research of the vibration mechanism combining with the unit structure feature and the vibration responding character of congeneric units, then point out the fault position by theoretical calculation at the end, and presents that the root cause of the shaft train periodic vibration fluctuation is that the exciter side seal ring of generator suffering Morton Effect, then arise a solution, this problem which confusing station many years was solved at last. The analysis process and solution described in this paper have a reference meaning for those lager units that have similar vibration problem.
