超(超)临界发电机组螺栓用GH4169合金δ相析出行为研究

  • 摘要: 为了使超超临界发电机组螺栓GH4169合金具有较高的抗拉强度与疲劳性能,须获得晶粒尺寸较小且分布均匀的组织。将δ相的析出与热加工工艺相结合,在变形前预析出一定量δ相,并通过合理地控制热加工工艺参数,可获得理想组织。因此,掌握GH4169合金热加工过程中δ相析出行为有着重要的意义。本文基于GH4169合金的δ相析出实验结果,建立了δ相析出动力学唯象模型,为掌握δ相析出行为有着重要指导意义。

     

    Abstract: In order to make the bolt GH4169 alloy of ultra supercritical generator set have high tensile strength and fatigue performance, it is necessary to obtain the microstructure with small grain size and uniform distribution. The ideal microstructure can be obtained by combining the precipitation of δ phase with the hot working process and reasonably controlling the hot working process parameters. Therefore, mastering The behavior of δ phase precipitation GH4169 alloy is of great significance. Based on the experimental results of δ phase precipitation, the phenomenological model of phase precipitation dynamics has important guiding significance for mastering the δ behavior of phase precipitation.
