  • 摘要: 胡布公司海水淡化反渗透装置投运以来,漏盐率、跨膜压差不断增长,产水量不断降低,影响反渗透安全及经济运行。本文经多方考察与讨论,确认了漏盐率高的原因为反渗透膜元件损坏,分析了膜元件破损的原因和经验教训,制定运行优化措施,维持反渗透正常运行,不再进一步发展,并对优化前后海水反渗透的经济性进行了分析。为同类型的海水淡化反渗透问题查找提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Since the seawater desalination reverse osmosis unit of Hubu Company was put into operation, the salt leakage rate and transmembrane pressure difference have been increasing, and the water production volume has been decreasing, which affects the safety and economic operation of reverse osmosis. , This paper, after multiple investigations and discussions, confirms that the reason for the high salt leakage rate is the damage of reverse osmosis membrane elements, analyzes the reasons for the damage of membrane elements and lessons learned, formulates operation optimization measures, maintains the normal operation of reverse osmosis, and does not develop further. The economy of seawater reverse osmosis before and after optimization is also analyzed. Provide a reference for the search for the same type of desalination reverse osmosis problem.
