锅炉集箱筒体内壁开裂原因分析
Analysis Cause of Cracking at Inner Wall of Boiler Header Cylinder

摘要: 通过对样品的宏观检查、化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相检验、断口分析、能谱分析及综合分析，对锅炉集箱筒体的内壁开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明：集箱筒体内壁裂纹为制造缺陷，是在钢管制造过程中形成的。最后，针对该类缺陷提出了预防措施。Abstract: The crack cause at inner wall of boiler header cylinder was analyzed by macroscopic examination, chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties test, metallographic analysis, fracture analysis, spectrum analysis and comprehensive analysis. The results show that the crack at inner wall of boiler header cylinder was manufacture defect, which was formed in the steel pipe manufacturing process. Finally, the preventive measures are put forward for cracking cause.
