基于城市发展背景下的输电线路飘挂物防范思考(LEC)

  • 摘要: 对我国南方地区超高压输电主网架近五年的飘挂物现状及防范措施进行分析,明确飘挂物的类型及高发环境,运用LEC模型量化风险,细化各类参数,针对性调整影响因子,直观体现飘挂物隐患风险级别,有效分层分级管控,建立科学的防范措施。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the current situation and preventive measures of the floating objects in the main grid of EHV transmission in the south of our country in the past five years, defines the types of floating objects and the high-frequency environment, uses LEC model to quantify the risk, and refines various parameters, adjust the impact factors, directly reflect the risk level of floating objects, effective hierarchical management and control, establish scientific preventive measures.
