超临界二氧化碳循环发电机组启动调试技术工程应用

  • 摘要: 超临界二氧化碳循环发电技术正处于从模型机试制向工业化应用的过渡阶段,探索建立适用于新型高参数大容量CO2锅炉的基础调试工艺,对于促进相关技术成果的落地转化具有重要作用。本文以世界首台5MW超临界二氧化碳循环发电试验机组为研究对象,全面介绍了新型锅炉的技术特点,并从化学清洗、蒸汽吹管、气温调整等方面阐述了其关键调试工艺。经调试调整后,试验机组运行平稳,各项参数基本达到设计值,顺利完成72h联合试运行。相关基建调试经验对后续同类型机组具有重要参考意义。

     

    Abstract: Supercritical carbon dioxide cycle power generation technology is in the transition stage from model machine trial production to industrial application. Exploring and establishing a basic commissioning process suitable for new high parameter and large capacity CO2 boilers plays an important role in promoting the landing and transformation of relevant technical achievements. Taking the world's first 5MW supercritical carbon dioxide cycle power generation test unit as the research object, this paper comprehensively introduces the technical characteristics of the new boiler, and expounds its key commissioning process from the aspects of chemical cleaning, steam blowing and temperature adjustment. After debugging and adjustment, the test unit runs smoothly, and all parameters basically reach the design value, and the 72h joint test run is successfully completed. The relevant capital construction commissioning experience has important reference significance for the follow-up units of the same type.
