Optimization of Main Steam Control Logic for 660MW Supercritical Unit

  • 摘要: 超临界燃煤机组的DCS系统中,对主蒸汽的品质要求极为严格,在机组负荷变负荷期间主蒸汽的主要参数控制就显得非常重要。本文就XXXX发电厂660MW超临界机组主蒸汽控制回路进行详细的优化,达到在机组负荷变负荷期间主蒸汽参数稳定的目的,切实保障机组安全经济运行,供业内同行参考。

     

    Abstract: In the DCS system of supercritical coal-fired units, the quality requirements of main steam are very strict, so the control of main steam parameters is very important during the load changing period of units. In this paper, the main steam control loop of 660MW supercritical unit of XXXX Power Plant is optimized in detail, so as to achieve the goal of stable main steam parameters during the unit load changing period, and effectively ensure the safe and economic operation of the unit, for reference by peers in the industry.
