Optimization of Coordinated Control Logic for 660MW Supercritical Unit

  • 摘要: 机组负荷响应快、变负荷期间机组主要参数控制稳定,可长期连续投入AGC运行,是超临界燃煤机组对DCS协调控制系统的要求。本文就如何优化XXXX电厂超临界燃煤机组DCS协调控制系统及里面部分子系统进行了详细阐述,优化结果不仅满足了电网对机组AGC调节性能的要求,同时使机组运行参数的稳定不超限,切实保障了机组安全经济运行,供业内同行参考。

     

    Abstract: The unit has fast load response, stable control of main parameters during variable load, and can be continuously put into AGC operation for a long time, which are the requirements of DCS coordinated control system for supercritical coal-fired units. This article on how to optimize XXXX supercritical coal-fired units of power plant DCS and inside part of the subsystem of coordinated control system has carried on the detailed elaboration, optimization results not only meet the requirement of power grid on the properties of AGC unit, at the same time, the operating parameters of the unit are stable and not over the limit, effectively ensure the safe and economic operation of unit, the work in the paper can be used as a reference for practical operation.
