电力骨干通信网线路保护业务风险控制技术分析

Research on Risk Control Technology of Line Protection Service in Power Backbone Communication Network

  • 摘要: 为了提高线路保护业务的可靠性,保障电力系统的安全稳定运行,文章对如何有效控制并降低骨干通信网线路保护业务的运行风险进行了研究分析。文章首先介绍了当前线路保护通道的三种类型,对比分析各自优缺点,基于可靠光纤通信通道的组织原则,分析了三种典型的线路保护通道组织方式及其的特点,结合电力光通信网络现状及存在的问题,从光缆和设备层面分析了影响线路保护业务运行的风险因素,并针对性地提出了风险控制优化措施,为电力骨干通信网线路保护业务的风险控制提供了参考和借鉴。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the reliability of line protection service and ensure the safe and stable operation of power system, this paper studied and analyzed how to effectively control and reduce the risk of line protection service of backbone communication network. Firstly, three types of current line protection channels were introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages were compared and analyzed. Based on the organization principle of reliable fiber optic communication channel, the characteristics of three typical organization modes of line protection channel were analyzed. Combined with the current situation and problems of power optical communication network, the risk factors affecting the operation of line protection were analyzed from the optical cable and equipment. The risk control optimization measures were put forward to provide reference for the risk control of the line protection service of the power backbone communication network.
