某核电重型主厂房钢柱吊装工具研发与应用

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF STEEL COLUMN HOISTING TOOLS FOR A HEAVY-DUTY NUCLEAR POWER PLANT

  • 摘要: 某核电重型钢结构厂房总重量约8000多吨,结构复杂,其中钢柱分为两层共计128件,单重最重约34吨,最长构件约31米,立柱的吊装工作尤其重要。立柱的安装起吊,传统方法是采用绳索捆绑或者立柱焊吊耳起吊。绳索捆扎吊装时会损坏杆件油漆。如何避免传统吊装方法的弊端,根据每层立柱的结构特点,创新三种钢立柱起吊辅助装置就可以有效解决以上难点。

     

    Abstract: A nuclear power plant with heavy steel structure has a total weight of more than 8,000 tons and a complex structure. The steel columns are divided into two layers, with a total of 128 pieces. The heaviest single weight is about 34 tons and the longest member is about 31 meters. Column installation and lifting, the traditional method is to use rope binding or column welding lug lifting. The rod paint will be damaged when the rope is tied and lifted. How to avoid the disadvantages of the traditional hoisting method, according to the structural characteristics of each layer of column, innovation of three kinds of steel column lifting auxiliary devices can effectively solve the above difficulties.
