火电机组深度调峰背景下汽轮机安全性分析研究

Safety analysis of steam turbine under the background of deep peak shaving of thermal power unit

  • 摘要: 近年来,随着“碳达峰、碳中和”能源战略目标的提出,我国新能源发电也取得了飞速发展。为了积极消纳新能源电量,传统火电机组的角色正在发生变化,其承担电网调峰的任务越来越频繁。目前我国火电机组调峰的主要特点是负荷变化较大且变化速度较快,在该运行模式下汽轮机受交变应力频繁,容易出现设备故障。针对这个问题,对深度调峰机组背景下的汽轮机安全性做了分析,并给出了相应的建议供同类型机组参考。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, With the proposal of the energy strategic goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality", new energy power generation has also made rapid development in China. In order to actively absorb new energy, the role of traditional thermal power units is changing, and they undertake the task of peak load regulation of power grid more and more frequently. At present, the main characteristic of peak shaving of thermal power units in China is that the load changes greatly and the change speed is fast. Under this operation mode, the steam turbine is subject to frequent alternating stress and is prone to equipment failure. In view of this problem, the safety of steam turbine under the background of deep peak shaving unit is analyzed, and corresponding suggestions are given for reference of the same type of unit.。
