特高压分级可控并联电抗器保护配置及问题探讨

Research on Protective Configuration for UHV Step Controlled Shunt Reactor

  • 摘要: 特高压分级可控并联电抗器主要用于大规模新能源送出输电通道,对维持特高压系统的无功平衡和电压稳定至关重要,其保护性能要求很高。特高压分级可控并联电抗器不仅包括网侧绕组,还设有控制绕组,同时控制绕组侧接入辅助工作电抗器,其保护配置较普通高压并联电抗器更为复杂。基于已实际投运的张北~雄安特高压分级可控并联电抗器的本体结构,对其保护配置进行深入探讨,结合动模试验和工程应用情况指出了分级可控并联电抗器保护存在的问题并给出了解决方案,介绍网侧绕组和控制绕组的保护配置情况及相关注意事项。当采用固定高压并联电抗器作为备用相时,固定高抗代用分级可控并联电抗器工况对保护的影响进行了分析。

     

    Abstract: UHV step controllable shunt reactor (SCSR) is mainly used in large-scale new energy transmission channel, to maintain the reactive power balance and voltage stability of UHV system, the high performance of protection is required. UHV SCSR includes grid windings and control windings, and auxiliary reactors connected to the control windings. The protection of UHV SCSR is complex compared to normal reactor. The protection configuration is researched based on electrical structure of UHV SCSR in ZhangBei~XiongAn project, and the solution of problems is proposed according to the result of dynamic test and the practical application in project. The protection configuration and matters needing attention of grid windings and control windings is introduced. The fixed capacity reactor instead of one phase of SCSR, the effect to the protection is analysed.
