供热管网中材料腐蚀防护研究进展

Research progress on corrosion protection of materials in heat supply network

  • 摘要: 供热管网是城市集中供热的重要基础设施,对于保障居民供热具有重要意义。随着长输供热的发展,供热温度的提高,供热管网内材料面临更加严苛的腐蚀环境,腐蚀失效导致的供热管网事故已占到90%以上,因此必须给予重视。本文结合国内外供热管网研究工作以及现场工程经验,总结了供热管网面临的腐蚀问题,综述了现有的腐蚀控制方法,对供热管网防腐研究路线进行展望。本文可以为供热管网材料腐蚀研究提供参考和依据,也为该系统腐蚀控制方法研究提供了新思路。

     

    Abstract: Heat supply network is an important infrastructure for urban central heating, which has a significant meaning in ensuring residential heating. With the development of long-distance heating transmission and the increase of heating temperature, the materials in the heating pipeline network are facing more severe corrosion environment. The accidents in the heating pipeline network caused by corrosion failure have accounted for more than 90%. Hence, we must pay more attention to them. Combined with the research work of heating pipe network at home and abroad and the field engineering experience, this paper summarizes the corrosion problems faced by heating pipe network, summarizes the existing corrosion control methods, and prospects the research route of corrosion prevention of heating pipe network. This paper can provide a reference and basis for the study of corrosion of heating pipe network materials, and also provide a new idea for the study of corrosion control methods of this system.
