一种敞开式隔离开关机械缺陷诊断系统及现场应用

A method of system defect diagnosis for disconnector and its field application

  • 摘要: 摘 要:敞开式隔离开关是电网中数量最多一次电力设备,但其存在缺陷率随运行年限逐年增长的痛点。阐述了一种敞开式隔离开关操动机构电机功率检测系统,在不破坏操作机构箱二次部分完整结构的前提下,通过带电检测驱动电机输出的电流、电压信号,经智能装置持续计算电机功率,并建立时间功率曲线。通过将该功率曲线与正常状态时的隔离开关功率曲线进行对比,从而诊断出隔离开关机械缺陷程度及位置,并进行实际现场验证。

     

    Abstract: Abstract:the disconnector is the most primary power equipment on the power grid, but its defect rate increases year by year with the service life. A non-invasive detection method for motor power of operating mechanism of disconnector is described. On the premise of not damaging the complete structure of the secondary part of the operating mechanism box, the current and voltage signals output by the driving motor are detected on line, the motor power is continuously calculated by the intelligent device, and the time power curve is established. By comparing the power curve with the power curve of the disconnector in the normal state, the mechanical defect degree and position of the disconnector can be diagnosed and verified on the spot.
