燃煤电站锅炉受热面结焦防治技术现状探讨

Discussion on the current situation of coking prevention and control technology of boiler heating surface of coal-fired power station

  • 摘要: 伴随低氮燃烧技术的推广以及以准东煤为代表的高碱煤的掺烧,水冷壁、过热器等燃煤锅炉受热面结焦问题日益突出,严重影响机组的安全稳定经济运行。结焦的形成与发展涉及复杂的物理化学作用,围绕结焦的机理、影响因素、治理措施等,国内外已经开展了广泛深入的研究。在控制燃煤质量、优化锅炉设计、调整锅炉运行的同时,制备防结焦涂层同样是实现受热面结焦防治的重要技术路径。涂层设计制备过程中,在满足防结焦性能要求基础上,须使涂层兼具良好的耐高温、耐磨损、耐腐蚀以及传热等综合性能。

     

    Abstract: With the promotion of low-nitrogen combustion technology and the mixing of high-alkali coal represented by Zhundong coal, the coking problem of heating surface of coal-fired boilers such as water wall and superheater is becoming increasingly prominent, which seriously affects the safe and stable as well as economic operation of the units. The formation and development of coke involves complex physicochemical interactions. The mechanism, influencing factors and treatment measures of coke have been extensively studied at home and abroad. Besides controlling the coal quality, optimizing the boiler design and adjusting the boiler operation, the preparation of anti-coking coating is also an important technical path to realize the prevention and control of coking on the heating surface. In the process of coating design and preparation, on the basis of meeting the anti-coking performance requirements, the coatings need to combine appropriate high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat transfer property and other properties.
